Location and Apartment were great, but the checkin experience was mammoth
Positive: Location is great central to everything, Apartment was clean and well equipped
Negative: I thought it a bit strange we had to collect keys from an Ezymart. No parking was a nightmare as we had to find alternate.
So many instructions to locate the keys. Couldnt get TV to work.

An absolute nightmare of a stay — rude service, poor communication, broken facilities, and zero value for money.
Positive: The location in proximity to riverstage.
Negative: Our stay here was awful from start to finish.
The directions to the apartment were confusing and led us to the wrong building entirely. When one of our guests called ahead (while I was attending a funeral) to ask a simple question about parking, she was spoken to rudely and refused an answer because her number wasn’t on the booking. We later discovered after all the stress of trying to find our way out of the building that we now had to pay $150 for parking for less then 24 hours parked at the unit. A cost that could have been avoided with clear information upfront.
We also requested a 1-hour late checkout (11 a.m. instead of 10 a.m.) and were immediately told no, as the cleaner was “booked for 10.” When leaving, we followed instructions to leave the key in the room, only to discover we needed that same key fob to access the basement carpark. It took 35 minutes just to get from the 10th floor to the lobby due to overcrowded lifts, so we were sitting on the ground because there were no chairs near the elevators and when we tried to reach our car in Basement 3, we became stuck because of access restrictions.
Two of my friends were then rudely yelled at by a hotel employee who accused them of loitering while they were simply trying to find a way out. She refused to give directions and told them to leave, despite our car being in the carpark. Attempts to contact the property went straight to voicemail, and the only message we received back stated that “unit fobs don’t allow carpark access.” Completely unhelpful.
The apartment itself wasn’t great either, the main bedroom blinds were broken and couldn’t be opened, leaving the room dark all day. Only one key was provided for a two-bedroom apartment.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with terrible communication and poor management. For nearly $500 a night, we expected far better. I will never stay here again, and I strongly suggest avoiding this property.
