Positive: The unit was beautiful, view amazing, but the tables were not clean there was no instruction for the TV to find regular channels. No milk for tea n coffee. Negative: The directions assumed you knew where you were and how to get around, very poor. So, to get the key from the Ezy Mart which was across the road from the Star complex, was ridiculous. Trying to find parking, then finding the Queens Wharves building in the Star complex, then finding the entry/ lobby to get up to the floor and your unit. Thankfully the Star security guard walked me cross the complex to take me to the building and the lifts. Why the key couldn't be picked up from the lobby, which i later found, I'm not sure. Please tell us the building is NOT part of The Star, that parking in the Star will cost at least $50 or 80 if you don't find the staff in the lobby yo get a validated parking ticket. The people supposedly helping online were hopeless. I would not stay here again.

Very comfortable stay in high quality apartment in great location and with outstanding views. Positive: Location, views, cleanliness Negative: Cleaning fee for one night (one person) exorbitant otherwise very good value.
